Biography
A proud Las Vegas native and graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law, Rochelle Harding is admitted to the Nevada Bar and the Nevada Federal District Court. Her early work in personal injury and workers’ compensation evolved into a focused family law practice, where she has assisted hundreds of clients with divorce, custody, child support, guardianship, termination of parental rights, and adoptions, while continuing to handle personal injury and criminal matters. During law school she received the Capstone Award for upper-division writing, and as an undergraduate she earned membership in multiple honor societies and a theatrical scholarship for leading roles. Ms. Harding’s community service includes pandemic-era mediation to protect tenants and homeowners, "Ask a Lawyer" volunteering, foster-child representation, and pro bono work with Southern Nevada Legal Aid—reflecting her passion for accessible, client-centered advocacy.
