Biography
I am a partner in the law firm of Bailus Cook & Kelesis, Ltd. Although the firm maintains a general law practice with emphasis on taxation and commercial litigation, business, corporate, criminal tax law and "white collar" crimes, I practice primarily in the areas of complex civil and criminal litigation and appeals (state and federal). Having demonstrated a high degree of peer recognition and professional competence, placing me in the top 10% of all attorneys in the United States, I have been accepted as a member of "Lawyers of Distinction." I am rated "AV Preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating for both legal abiilty and ethical standards.
