MARIA LOVENTIME U. ESTANISLAO has been a Nevada licensed attorney since 2002 and has extensive experience in litigating various types of civil cases, from civil rights and personal injury cases to family law/divorce, commercial and business litigation. She received her first taste of the legal field working as a paralegal while obtaining dual Bachelors degrees in Political Science and International Development Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Her passion was in advocacy for victims—whether victims of car accidents, police misconduct, other government misconduct, or breach of contract—and she represented her clients with zeal.
She first honed her advocacy skills by successfully competing against other law schools in a number of moot court competitions while attending the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai`i at Manoa. After graduating cum laude, she relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, and represented those victims of car accidents and civil rights violations both at the district court level and on appeal including before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has represented individuals, including doctors and dentists whose licenses were allegedly wrongfully suspended or revoked and those wrongfully injured by police misconduct. Her practice has always remained diverse, as she also represented business interests in litigation and in family law, divorce and custody matters. Her experience, skill, and passion translate to results for her clients, as she has obtained million-dollar settlements for her clients.
To better serve her clients in pursuit of justice through the courts, Maria continues to sharpen her trial skills through in-depth, on-location seminars with giants in the legal field. She first earned an Advocate certificate from the acclaimed National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA). She then returned to earn a Master Advocate certificate. Most recently, Maria graduated from the selective Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College, where she had the joy and unique opportunity to learn from one of the best trial attorneys in the nation. Maria has earned the distinction of being the only attorney in Las Vegas who has graduated from both NITA programs and the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College.
Maria is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Nevada, the U.S. District Court for the State of Nevada, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Maria has handled two car accident injury cases for me and is now handling a family law case for my family member. If she wasn't great I wouldn't have gone back a second time let alone refer a family member. She works to get great results.

I have acquired the services of Mazzeo Law LLC on more than one occasion and each time was a pleasure. Most people have family doctors that feel like they are family, I have a law firm that makes me feel the same. Thank you Attorney Estanislao for all you've done.
"I have known Maria since law school and have nothing but good things to say about her. She is exactly the kind of person you want representing you. She is an extremely hard worker who isn't satisfied until the job is done well. She has always been an excellent researcher and writer, and now she has years of experience and exceptional "post-grad" training in trial work that she continues to pursue. Whenever I have an issue of Nevada law, I reach out to her first."
