To me Kyle is nothing less than amazing. You see, My DUI was a rough and complicated one. On our 1st consultation after discussing said complications. I told him that if I lose my license I lose my job and I only had a year and a 1/2 to retire. AND HE LISTENED! At my DMV hearing he caught someth...ing that allowed him to win my case and retain my license. At my criminal trial he got my charges reduced to misdemeanors, no jail time and My sentencing date postponed for one year so I could retire from my job. I will forever be in his debt. In my opinion the only thing missing is a cape.

Kyle P. Cottner is an amazing lawyer! I got his information from a coworker and could not have been luckier. After dealing with a shady seeming lawyer prior to getting his info Kyle was a breath of fresh air and made us feel comfortable and welcome. We got to the office and it was so nice and welcomi...ng. My boyfriend was facing prison time on a third DUI and Kyle assured us that he would do everything he could to help us out. He explained all of the ways that it might go up front and told us our best course of action. Right after our first meeting we knew we were in great hands. Another case ended up falsely accusing my boyfriend of destruction to a vehicle and he was able to prove his innocence and keep him out of jail and working until the court case was dismissed. He would have had to sit in jail and miss atleast a months worth of work if we didn’t have Kyle. With that case out of the way and handled he was able to get the dui knocked down to a misdemeanor and and no prison time. That was the best news we could have gotten!
