Kyle is an amazing lawyer. He handles cases in an ethical and prompt manner. He was able to clear my past due tickets which became warrants in a matter of a couple weeks. To me Kyle is nothing less than amazing. You see, My DUI was a rough and complicated one. On our 1st consultation after discussing said complications. I told him that if I lose my license I lose my job and I only had a year and a 1/2 to retire. AND HE LISTENED! At my DMV hearing he caught someth...ing that allowed him to win my case and retain my license. At my criminal trial he got my charges reduced to misdemeanors, no jail time and My sentencing date postponed for one year so I could retire from my job. I will forever be in his debt. In my opinion the only thing missing is a cape.

I’ve always used Craig P Kenny for traffic cases, so when I was involved in a gnarly hit-&-run, I knew I would use that firm, but Kyle was also recommended to me by his own mother thru Facebook. Kyle was honest and upfront from the start, combing every detail of my case and breaking down what would w...ork in my favor and what may not. No wild promises, no sleazy “ambulance chaser” pitches. Just a straightforward guy taking the law and the nature of my accident seriously. He explained from the start that if he did not believe the expenses accrued from my accident would justify a settlement, he would not take the case, nor would he take payment for services leading up to his decision (or the fee would have been super minimal, I honestly don’t remember) Either way I felt confident in his pledge to help my situation and would honor whatever decision he made. Seriously, he was a way better lawyer than I was a client! I was often forgetful or distracted in giving information he asked for, and yet he still got the job done and points he needed (future clients, DONT be me, make the calls he may ask you to make and don’t forget, make his job easier to help YOU!) He has a lovely assistant helping him who is an absolute doll, always patient and friendly. My case dragged out for a little over a year, with Kyle or his assistant reaching out periodically with updates, reassuring me that the delays were in fact bc Kyle wasn’t happy with what the other side would offer, and felt we deserved more. He bit down hard and didn’t let go until he got a satisfactory amount. To which he would promptly call to update AND ask my input or my opinions. In truth, I personally wasn’t looking for a life changing payday, I just wanted justice for the BS an accident that wasn’t my fault had caused. Kyle gave me exactly what I wanted, with a helpful chunk of residual money left over. He’s known around his practice as “The Wizard,” and it’s a perfect description. Originally, bc the ER I went to, as well as my insurance, was being obnoxious about their bill, Kyle told me to negotiate with the ER myself, which I was prepared to do immediately after receiving the settlement check. But when the check was delivered, his assistant informed me that not only was the hospital bill paid, but he had gotten the balance knocked down even further, which gave both him and me more money than I expected. Yayyy! Saved me a trip and a possible afternoon of aggravation. Definitely a nice little surprise. Kyle is truly dedicated to his clients and will work beside you with integrity, humor and honesty. One of the good guys; the lawyer you definitely want in your corner.
