Kirill Mikhaylov V

Mr. Mikhaylov focuses his practice on commercial litigation in federal and state court. He has represented clients in a variety of matters, including professional negligence, contract disputes, construction defect, general liability, product defect, and shareholder derivative cases.

Prior to joining Pisanelli Bice, Mr. Mikhaylov acquired significant complex civil litigation experience at a national firm. He has conducted numerous depositions and successfully argued dispositive motions in various matters. His attention to detail and thorough understanding of the litigation process provides his clients the highest level of legal representation.

Mr. Mikhaylov obtained his juris doctorate degree from the St. Thomas University, School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the St. Thomas moot court team and became a semi-finalist in the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition, the largest single site appellate moot court competition in the United States. Mr. Mikhaylov received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was a Millennium Scholar.
