Brief back story regarding my custody case: I was issued in a previous state, sole, legal, decision-making of my child, prior to moving to the state of NV. After living in NV for over a year, I realized through unnecessary legal debate in the previous state, that I needed an experienced attorney to ...handle moving jurisdiction here.
