Even if they have a judgment it might be hard for them to collect. You can make an offer since they usually tack on ridiculous fees. Good luck!

You should have a forbearance agreement with them stating they will not take actions against you like garnishment, levies, or offsets.

Once finished double check all three credit reports via www.annualcreditreport.com. You can dispute there as well.
