James Dean Leavitt

I unfortunately ran into a bit of trouble and came across Mr. Levitt. He was a great attorney. He took the time to listen to my situation as well, as explain the law so I could understand it. I was always informed promptly about any change in my situation. The results where amazing. I went fro...m fearing the future, to having hope for my future! I would most definitely recommend him to anyone! If you talk to him for a minute or two you will understand why!

Mr. Leavitt is a committed, caring attorney. He will listen to you and be honest with what he believes can and may be the outcome. There are no surprises with Mr. Leavitt. His office is personable and homey. His wife works in his office and is fantastic. He will not treat you like a statistic, but... like family. He will accept your calls from jail and do whatever he can to help you. He will call you back if he cannot get to your call. at anytime. This man sincerely helped me out when I thought there was no hope for me. HE IS THE BEST! I have used him at least 7 times and each time the outcome has been exactly what I wanted!

Mr. Leavitt has been my attorney for a little over 10 years. I have had several different charges from soliciting, trespassing, driving on a suspended license. Failure to appears. All of which was either, dismissed or thrown out, or lesser charge. My latest trouble was 3 DUIs in 7 year period (2 ...I got back to back). He got my 2nd reduced to wreckless and my 3rd to count as my 1st. I have never done jail time because of him. I have recommended him to several people and I would still recommend him. Simply the best!
