Had the right anwsears. At first was very reponsive, once I made full payment, was very hard to get a hold of. He did not take the time to make me feel comfortable about my case. I did how ever, hired Chip Siegel, and got a lot better result. Some of us are not familiar with the justice system, so ...when you get in trouble you need someone to be there and help you to the stressful time, specialy if you paid them. I tought that beside the legal reprezentation that's what an atorney is for. I did not get that from MR. Leavit.

I chose Mr. Leavitt to be my defense attorney for a DUI case a couple years ago. This was my first run in with the law and I was terrified. He explained everything to me and took the time to really get to know me and my situation, which was very comforting. Best of all the DUI was reduced to reck...less driving and I did not lose my driving privileges nor have to spend any time in jail. Then, another case came up which consisted of 2 felonies and a misdemeanor. I was never indicted and Mr. Leavitt negotiated the terms outside of court with the prosecutor. This time I was horrified of the consequences. But once again he came through! Both felonies were dropped and I walked away with a misdemeanor charge. All I can say is that Mr. Leavitt was my first choice and I highly recommend him as a lawyer and trusted confidant.

Mr. Leavitt helped with two legal issues I have had over the years. The first one was a DUI in a rural county. He was professional, always took my calls and answered my questions. He negotiated a guilty plea for reckless driving the prosecutor was willing to accept, but was shot down by the judge ...every time. It was no fault of Mr. Leavitt that I was convicted of a DUI, it was because I lived in a rural county with zero tolerance. The second legal issue Mr. Leavitt successfully resolved was on behalf of my ex-girlfriend with multiple issues. He procured her release from CCDC within three days due to a probation violation and negotiated a way for her to remain on probation and avoid a revocation hearing. He did an amazing job, and worked hard for months to achieve the results we wanted in the second issue of getting her probation transferred to another county. It was only due to his personal contacts that this was achieved. Mr. Leavitt was always easily accessible, professional, empathetic and did his very best to represent my interests.

Mr. Leavitt is a committed, caring attorney. He will listen to you and be honest with what he believes can and may be the outcome. There are no surprises with Mr. Leavitt. His office is personable and homey. His wife works in his office and is fantastic. He will not treat you like a statistic, but... like family. He will accept your calls from jail and do whatever he can to help you. He will call you back if he cannot get to your call. at anytime. This man sincerely helped me out when I thought there was no hope for me. HE IS THE BEST! I have used him at least 7 times and each time the outcome has been exactly what I wanted!
