We had a Contract with a vendor in which we thought we wouldn't or couldn't negotiate with the vendor. When consulting with the Emily Strand she submitted to the vendor a letter in which she offered the vendor options for us to opt out of the contract due to several matters including the pandemic, jo...b loss, health etc... Although, we didn't get all our money back we received a portion and being it was a signed contract we weren't entitled to get anything back.
