Horrible experience. I hired Dewayne Nobles to represent my husband only to find out he has no experience with parole hearings. We had to constantly check in to give him the dates of the hearing and even found out my husband was denied parole on our own. Having phone conversations were difficult beca...use we were always rushed and he sounded burned out and tired, and frankly like he didn’t want to help us. We never met him in person, and instead of being in person at the parole board hearing he called over the phone and only spoke for 1 minute at the end of the hearing. I had to constantly call and email him to give him background and context about my husband’s situation because he never asked any questions. Key arguments were never addressed because he didn’t know my husband and didn’t even try to get to know him. He just took my money, and when called out on his lack of expertise, became very combative and said he is closing the file. DO NOT HIRE DEWAYNE NOBLES if you expect to feel valued and heard. Waste of time and money and even worse, my husband did not get the council he deserved and paid for. He even has a generic fee agreement that I never received a signed copy of, nor did my husband sign anything agreeing to his representation. Yet Dwayne Nobles claimed I signed as his representative. No contract, no nothing. Only a receipt saying I paid the fee. He didn’t even know how to make an attorney call to the prison to talk to my husband. Scammer lawyers exist so BEWARE!!

Terrible customer service and knowledge base is not credible by any means. I hired DEWAYNE NOBLES as an attorney for a accident from June 2013... hired him within 30 days of accident... he did not get a judgement filed in my favor until 3/2020... at which I have to go figure out with the state if I c...an collect on this money. During the 7 years that he led me on to believe he was actually working on my case I brought a traffic ticket into his office paid it well before the court date and he FAILED to appear in court... imagine a time in which you hire an attorney and they fail to appear... I reached out to him about the concern that it went into warrant and all he did was quash the warrant WITHOUT even letting me know he had taken care of it and then blamed his “front desk”... mind you I reached out to him directly about this ticket via email... he didn’t permanently remove it from the record, return the money... he didn’t do ANYTHING but quash a warrant that he caused. I would never recommend this negligent attorney to anyone. He cannot be trusted with your cases, if he can’t even be trusted to own up to his errors. Oh and the 7 year case he was working... I didn’t even receive a phone call... it was an email saying you won the judgement I filed in 2020 I’m closing my case.... that was it. For 7 years I have been having to reach out about this case to always be given the run around.
