Ms Ramos and her staff took excellent care of me and my daughter, Rachel, regarding her Guardianship case for twin. They presented our case very professional and in a timely manner. The entire staff was very personable too, which is important to us. She listened to each and every concern, took the... time we needed to communicate effectively.
