Dawn M. Lozano

My experience with Dawn Lozano was nothing short of a nightmare. I am compelled to share my story to help others avoid this attorney. I initially hired Dawn during an incredibly difficult period, hoping for professional guidance and representation. Unfortunately, what I received was a series of u...nprofessional and unethical actions that left me not only without the support I desperately needed but also financially drained after spending $2,885 including a consultation fee she made me pay before getting any sort of advice which was reasonable because I respect others time. I paid the agreed-upon full amount upfront, believing this was a necessary step to ensure a solid defense. However, this decision quickly proved to be a grave mistake. The attorney made only 2 court appearances on my behalf and then withdrew from the case with no clear explanation only to send a letter months later saying that the court had referred the matter back to the Public Defender’s office, but there was no further detail or clarification provided which confused me because she never told us this, and her assistant would only tell us that she would get back to us. Despite numerous emails and messages, I received no response. I was left in the dark about the status of my case and any next steps I should take. Luckily my family found another attorney who represented me but I had to deal with months sitting in jail which I don't put that on her but if she couldn't of done anything or knew this was going to happened I would of just went with a different attorney. In summary, my experience with Dawn was a complete disaster. She took my money, provided minimal service, and failed to follow through on her commitments. Her lack of communication and unprofessional conduct added immense stress to an already challenging situation. I strongly advise others to thoroughly research and consider alternative options before hiring this attorney to avoid similar distressing experiences because I would not want anyone else to go through this. I can care less about the money but more of so the distress I had to go through during the time. I attached photos of payments sent to her so no one thinks this is a fake review or false. I also attached the letter she sent asking for a review so here it is. Save your time and money, this lady should be ashamed of even having a law firm that operates the way she does.

I would like to thank Mrs lozano and her staff for all the wonderful things they've done for me and my grandkids she is a tiger in the courtroom she's very knowledgeable about the law are so professional and she's such a wonderful hearted person I recommend her for everyone who needs help. She's not ...only a great attorney she got a wonderful heart a wonderful bedside manner thank God for you Dawn Lozano and your staff.

I hired Dawn because my ex-wife took me back to court long after our divorce was final. Dawn did an excellent job preparing for court and was a true professional in the courtroom. She took a personal interest in my case and I truly believe that she was deeply concerned about me and the case before ...us. Dawn defeated every aspect that my ex was after. I was in court months later to get full custody of my son. Once again Dawn took a very personal interest in my son and again she won. I am very thankful for Dawn and the friendship we have forged and I highly recommend her.

I was petrified when I came to my first meeting with Dawn Lozano. The consultation. I never thought of the consultation being with the actual attorney that would be helping me, but here, it was. Dawn was warm and accommodating in the office and her staff made me feel very welcome. Dawn and her offi...ce have been in touch with me every step of the way, since that very first meeting. When it came time to go to court, I was blown away. Never would i have thought that this awesome, honest, tell it like it is, big hearted attorney would be such a PISTOL in the courtroom! I am so grateful that I was able to find someone who would stand up for me like she would want someone to stand up for her. Thank you very much Dawn for all that you did. Your services were top notch. And, if, God forbid I should ever need to hire an attorney again, it will be you.

Dawn helped me thru a very difficult situation. If you want a lawyer who will leave no stone unturned and meticulously attends to every detail , this lawyer is for you. Her office is always open and you can always get a-hold of someone. She is not afraid to fight on your behalf and it didn't hurt sh...e knows everyone in the justice system and they all love her too! I had not heard of her before a retained her because she doesnt need a commercial or publicity to garner attention. Her reputation and performance speak for themselves. I would NEVER want another lawyer besides Ms Lozano.
