Without getting into details, I came to the firm with what I thought may be a difficult immigration case. After a short meeting and reviewing the details Charles gave me confidence he had a strategy to ensure a good outcome. He then proceeded to walk me through the entire process from start to fini...sh. My wife and I had a very difficult immigration case. We had 2 other immigration attorneys(who cost us a fortune and 5 years of our life in misguided attempts) before we found Mr. Chuck Bennion and the lovely Ms. Joann. My own father who is a lawyer did not want to be involved in our immigration case.... My father told me to find an immigration expert, someone with years and years of experience and someone whose only focus and area of expertise is immigration. I took his advice and still went thru 2 other guys before fate introduced us to Chuck. My wife and I found Chuck and Joann, top notch people. First of all, they are honest and will be direct with you....even when they know you don’t want to hear the news they are telling you. 2nd -I could always get in touch with the office, never felt left out of the loop and felt guided through out the whole process. Follow up and follow thru are very difficult things to do for a lot of people, myself included. It was effortless with these guys. I appreciate it. 3- Cost, they aren’t gouging you, Chucks pricing is very reasonable and I am truly grateful for that. He could charge double his prices and I would still think that would be a fair price. Folks, My wife and I have spent a lot of money navigating our wonderful Judicial and Immigration system and spent more on lawyers. Chuck and Joann, well worth it. 4- They fielded questions, phone calls, meetings, emails and met with & tried to help my wife’s extended family. My wife's family had the same experience we did with Chuck. He flat out told you what can and cannot happen and what exactly he can do and not. Some proceeded with action and some did not due to Chuck telling them the truth on the limitations of the law. 5: Chuck is fluent in Spanish and very comfortable speaking it. He is very knowledgeable and informative. We didn’t feel left out, they guided us every step of the way. In conclusion, I am thankful for Chuck and Joann. Because of them, my wife is safe and secure. We do not feel the stress, anxiety and fear that we were going through for so long we thought it was a normal feeling.
