Carl R. Houston

Carl is a California native who has proudly called Las Vegas home since 2008. He earned degrees from the University Southern California’s top-tier business program and the University of Oregon School of Law (on scholarship). Carl is an attorney with successful litigation experience, including cases arising from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, complex/toxic tort, product liability, contract and insurance bad-faith matters. He spent much of his legal career, including 7 years with two of the largest insurance defense firms, obtaining favorable results for corporations and insurers.

However, after years of representing companies concerned only with their “bottom line,” Carl wanted to apply his talents to represent and assist the people of this community. He joined the Ladah Law Firm, solely focused on using his experience to help clients navigate through the difficult—and daunting—legal process that results from injury. Carl derives satisfaction from utilizing his respected advocacy skills to attain fair compensation for injured individuals that need dedicated representation. The foregoing led to Carl being listed by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star (Mountain States) from 2015 to 2020—a designation awarded to just 2.5% of attorneys in each state.
