Divorce

Mr. Ben Leavitt and his team was very thorough with my case. He answered all of my questions and helped me understand every step of the way with this process. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen on paper. I really appreciate you guys and thank you again for everything.

Best Lawyer Ever

Crushed it for me. Was way above the other party. Ben truly prepared and was on his A-Game. The two of us strategized and were miles above the opposition. He is the guy to get the best outcome and he will work day and night. Anybody that has Ben on your side will be victorious.

Excellent choice for representation during divorce

Ben did a great job helping me navigate my divorce. He was honest and straightforward with me and even helped me with a great payment arrangement for his fees. I would absolutely recommend him, he is knowledgeable, engaged and very easy to work with. I went into my divorce thinking I'd lose my kids a...nd my house, Ben helped me keep both, he was able to get me a better outcome than I thought would be possible.

Divorce mess

I am from California and originally started divorce proceedings there in 2019. Due me handling it myself and Covid and moving to Nevada, I could not get this done. My paperwork kept getting rejected by the courts there. I contacted Benjamin here in Nevada. He told me it would be fast and easy. I...T ABSOLUTELY WAS! He held true to his word and him and his staff always answered emails, calls and made me feel reassured.

Honest, Intelligent, Hard Working, and Sincere Attorney

Attorney Ben Leavitt has been my attorney for over a year now. I would highly recommend this law firm, and especially Ben to anyone. Ben was nothing but professional. Immediately after retaining this attorney, I noticed how quickly he responded to my questions and case. I knew he was there to hel...p. He made me feel important and appreciated. He quickly reached out to the opposing attorney, and quickly filed Documents for my case. My case was not easy, and in the beginning, although Ben was working hard, I felt that we were not making any headway. However when push came to shove in the end Ben worked his tail off day in and day out to prove my case; and not only did I win back my joint custody with my son, but my attorney proved to the judge my ex was living a double standard and hands down, we won the case. I would recommend this law firm to anyone for their excellent hard work!
