Benjamin J. Leavitt

Attorney Ben Leavitt has been my attorney for over a year now. I would highly recommend this law firm, and especially Ben to anyone. Ben was nothing but professional. Immediately after retaining this attorney, I noticed how quickly he responded to my questions and case. I knew he was there to hel...p. He made me feel important and appreciated. He quickly reached out to the opposing attorney, and quickly filed Documents for my case. My case was not easy, and in the beginning, although Ben was working hard, I felt that we were not making any headway. However when push came to shove in the end Ben worked his tail off day in and day out to prove my case; and not only did I win back my joint custody with my son, but my attorney proved to the judge my ex was living a double standard and hands down, we won the case. I would recommend this law firm to anyone for their excellent hard work!

This is my second custody issue I have had and I wish I chose Leavitt Law the first time. Ben always listened to what was important and saw the entire picture. The Leavitt Law Firm is great all around. The staff is very kind and very attentive and can also translate in Spanish if needed.
