Benjamin J. Leavitt

I cannot thank Ben Leavitt, with Leavitt law firm enough. He worked tirelessly and passionately to help me with my relocation request for my son Noah. His work was thorough, and his spirit was strong in trial. I do believe that without Ben, I may not have had the ruling in my favor. Throughout the... months leading up to trial, we communicated regularly, I never felt as if was isolated or alone. He listened and reviewed all information that we shared with him and applied them to our case and our motions. He compiled all exhibits in an organized manor that was easily used in trial. During the trial, Ben was graceful, energetic, and passionate in advocating for my relocation. I believe as he is a father himself, he takes custody very seriously and does not take any shortcuts. After getting the run around by 2 different law firms in Las Vegas, who were only available when collecting payments, I was referred to Leavitt Law Firm. I paid for my initial consultation with Dennis, who listened to my case with compassion and interest. Since I was recommended to Benjamin by a fr...iend, I asked that he be the lawyer taking care of the details in my case. Benjamin was very thorough in reviewing all the necessary documents and the hearing minutes that I had been through to that point. He was knowledgeable and made me feel like my case was a priority. He familiarized himself with the details of my personal case so that we could discuss it without me having to repeat myself and remind him who I was every time we corresponded. My phone calls were returned in a timely manner, and emails were always replied to promptly. (Unlike the other attorneys I dealt with.) If your family matters are important enough to need the assistance of an attorney, do not trust those matters to a discount firm!! There is a difference between a discount and good value for the money. Leavitt Law Firm is ethical and made me feel like they really worked to provide the best council and represented my family’s best interest. I hope to never be in a situation again where I need an attorney’s help, but I would not hesitate to use Leavitt Law Firm if needed again.

This is my second custody issue I have had and I wish I chose Leavitt Law the first time. Ben always listened to what was important and saw the entire picture.
