Ashley, is outstanding. I was given a document that was supposed to be a non-disclosure agreement and simple. What it turned out to be was a blanket non compete for a 5 mile radius and for a ridiculously long period of time. Had I just blindly signed it I would have cut myself off, or at least set ...myself up for litigation in the future. Ashley was thorough and an extreme asset to keeping me out of any potential future issues. As a real estate agent in an ever-changing industry, the last thing I needed was to eliminate a 5 mile radius of town out of my business for an extended period of time. Thanks Ashley! Mrs. Burkett was OUTSTANDING handling my divorce/custody case. My case lasted about a year Ashley was with me EVERY step of the way (and still is) and never missed a beat. Throughout my case there were so many twist and turns, numerous TPO hearings, I lost count of how many times paperwork on top of ...motions and emergency motions that had to be filed, dealing w CPS, and the list goes on and on. Ashley took my case and said it looked like we had a good case. She advised me not to turn in documents to the opposing attorney when I had given a date. She filed nothing to get it extended and I am left paying a $2200 to the other party. She also did a poor job of pushing facts for my case and bein...g on top of filing. I paid her $14,000 in less than 6 months and lost everything I was fighting for my kids. Then after the case when I told her all I had was what I gave her she came up with a bill for an additional $846.00. Being a single mom trying to fight for my kids and my career, all she did was cost me money that could have went to my kids future. I lost Everything in court. Not one thing and then had to pay the other attorney due to her lack of filing on time.
