I had her assigned as a PD, come to find out she’s a private attorney! I’ve tried for months to get a straight answer from Amanda, and it appears she’s too busy running for Judge in the Municipal Courts Dep 1, to answer important legal emails from her clients. Instead, she has her ASSISTANT Nicole, a...nswer for her. which as far as I’m concerned is a massive breach of attorney client privilege but hey - they play things fast and loose with the law in vegas so I can’t say I’m surprised. Additionally, the Judge in my case, Rebecca Wolfson, is a nepo baby ‘daughter of Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson and former Judge Jackie Glass.’ Steve also ENDORSED her judgeship and was slapped with a penalty from the Nevada State Bar for doing so. here’s a whole article about the ‘preferential treatment’ she was given - https://nevadacurrent.com/2024/04/03/allegations-of-special-treatment-surface-in-race-for-lv-municipal-court/ .
