Please do your due diligence before considering this as an option. Our family’s experience in a juvenile court case has been deeply... concerning. As of February 9, 2026: • No discovery materials have been provided. • No case preparation meeting has occurred. • No explanation of charges or potential exposure has been given. • Repeated calls have gone unanswered. • The minor’s mother has not been able to schedule a meeting. • A hearing is approaching without any case strategy being discussed. Additionally, we observed inconsistent business address listings across multiple online platforms, making it unclear which location is current and correct. For families attempting to contact counsel regarding urgent court matters, accurate and consistent contact information is critical. This review reflects our direct experience and documented attempts to obtain communication.

The worst lawyer I had during my divorce. I was absolutely appalled at what he did with my divorce. He even bullied me into singing the final copy when I told him all these things were wrong and they needed to be fixed. I had emailed him and he hadn't fixed it. Then he told me everything was fixed an...d I needed to come sign. When I saw he lied and nothing was fixed, he told me if I didn't sign it right then, he'd go to the judge and say I was difficult to work with and that he needed off and it would look bad for me and my divorce/custody case. He had always been polite up until that day. Find a different lawyer bc he was abhorrent.

This man took payment in full of $12,000 from my family to handle my case, not only did he miss 8/10 court dates, he never answered the phone, never returned phone calls and never ever actually represented me. He lied to my mom and said he handles criminal cases when he was in fact a family court law...yer, when I was tried as an adult at the age of 17, he stopped putting any effort towards my case. It has been 7 years and I am still offended by his behavior. I ended up being sentenced to 3-10 years in ADULT prison as a JUVENILE due to his sorry defense. There were so many deadlines missed by him. He is a sorry excuse for a lawyer please I urge of you not to hire this man.

I was referred to Mr. Grigsby by another attorney because it was too complicated custody case for him that I was almost destined not to have any rights to my child because it involved CPS, false allegations, a restraining order against me for my own child and my OWN parent going against me due to non...-contact for his criminal history and drug use. It was any good parents worst nightmare I was freaking out and Aaron told me what to do step by step. He may come off a bit arrogant and condescending, but it's only because he really knows what he is doing. The case went EXACTLY like he told me it was going to go. If you listen to what he advises, are patient with the process, and do the work on your end, you will win your case. After ALL of that we went back to our original custody agreement prior to the allegations which is what's best for my child. I thank God I chose him.
