Radford James Smith

I hired Radford at the recommendation of my original divorce attorney who was very knowledgeable and responsive but who lost my case in court, even though the law was clearly on my side. That alone is indicative of Radford's reputation, and of how well-respected he is among his peers. He is extreme...ly knowledgeable, and I am sure he very quickly and efficiently handles non-contentious cases, but he is without doubt the one you need when you need to call in "the big guns." Radford won my case on appeal, before a completely unsympathetic judge who reluctantly ruled in my favor after Redford strongly reminded him of the law he was about to rule in conflict with. I would like to write a strong recommendation and appreciation for Radford Smith and Garima Varshney who represent the Family Law Firm in Las Vegas/Henderson. I got to know Radford and Garima in 2013, when my bitter, painful and dragging for almost 3 years divorce had started. They were recommended ...by a friend and choosing them was the best decision I have made in my life. Their profound knowledge of family law, professionalism and deep understanding of psychology of the opposite party during multiple court hearings helped me win my case over and over again and that included alimony, real estate division/sale and guidance in child support. While I attempted to settle the divorce, my blood thirsty ex-spouse was set on destroying me financially and psychologically with growing financial demands, false statements and complete refusal to cooperate. Not to mention that I was taken to court by my ex in another state in attempt to reopen the already finalized divorce after 2 years from the original Nevada court’s decision. Radford and Garima prepared the line of defense with the appropriate legal sections; Radford helped me find a lawyer in another state and then the two of them cooperated all along, which led to my complete victory in the other court as well. I can’t imagine anybody better than Radford in court who was like a guard dog holding endless arguments to support my case and protecting me from being torn apart by the opposite party. The background was always immaculately prepared and deeply analyzed by Garima, whom I can’t praise enough for brilliant ideas and spelling final drafts and letters to court and opposite parties. Needless to say this is the best lawyer’s duo one can imagine and find. I hope that I would not need their help again but I would recommend both of them to anyone whose financial/emotional being as a result of a divorce is at stake.
