Biography
Jon Leleu is a seasoned attorney and government affairs professional with more than 25 years of experience helping clients solve difficult legal, business, and regulatory problems.
Jon founded Horizon Law and Horizon Civic Strategies in 2026 after decades of work in litigation, commercial real estate, insurance, healthcare, entertainment, taxation, administrative law, and public policy. His practice is built for matters that require more than form pleadings or generic advice. Jon focuses on strategy, leverage, credibility, and practical outcomes.
Originally intending to pursue elected office, Jon began his career as a United States Senate intern. That experience shaped his understanding of how law, government, business, and public policy intersect. Today, he brings that perspective to clients facing disputes, negotiations, regulatory challenges, and high-stakes decisions.
Jon’s style is direct, strategic, and grounded in real-world judgment. He works to understand the problem, identify the available leverage, and move clients toward outcomes that make sense; legally, financially, and practically.
