I would not recommend this attorney. First, he charges for consultations, which most other attorneys do for free. This is the first red flag. Second, he did a consultation on my case, and admitted that he did not know that area of law at all and did not have any experience in it. Yet, despite this, h...e still gave me advice during the consultation that I had an uphill battle in my case, and that he did not want to take the case because he did not see it being successful. However, other attorneys, who actually knew that area of the law who did not charge for the consultation, were able to review the case and determined that my position was indeed legally correct. This attorney seems to make money on the consultations instead of actually winning cases.
