Mary Jo Nyitrai

Mary Jo graduated magna cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2018. After graduation, Mary Jo joined the Nevada Family Law Group and focuses her practice exclusively in the area of Family Law handling complex divorce and custody cases.

Prior to attending law school, Mary Jo served as a paralegal to a Parenting Coordinator in the Las Vegas valley. Through this experience, Mary Jo learned the compassion and dedication it takes to assist high conflict couples through one of the most difficult times in their lives, and to focus on the well-being of the children. Mary Jo hopes to be able to provide guidance and comfort to families who have decided to terminate their union, or who are enmeshed in a custody battle.

Mary Jo is a trained mediator who has conducted mediations through the UNLV mediation program. She is honored to be able to use this knowledge and skill to assist her clients, both inside and outside the courtroom.
