Ms. Hubbs has assisted us and other family members with our estate planning, trust documents, LLC formation, and a few other legal matters as well. She was efficient, professional, and very reasonable. We enjoyed working with her (how often do you say that about an attorney?!?!), and really felt s...he advised us well and always had our best interest in mind. I recommend her highly!

I needed some assistance with a Nevada Corporation which I started 6 years ago so I could have an entity to conduct business with and receive the protection of a corporation. Unfortunately I did not use Essential Legal Services, LLC. , I used an online company. Needless to say I never did one stitch ...of business with the Corporation and also never filed to dissolve the Corp. I just did nothing with it... sad to say I did not know better. So here I am in 2016 and I will be owing penalties and fees. I went to the internet to research my current issue and an article written by Kerstan D. Hubbs, Esquire on her website. The article was informative, far beyond any other information I was able to find...including the sate of Nevadas site. I then called the office and spoke with Kerstan. She was the most informative and easy to speak with attorney I have ever used. Unfortunately I have found myself needing lawyers a few times. Most often I felt as if I made the wrong decision and felt disgruntled with the lack of care I received. It is frustrating to say the least that Lawyers are readily available for a consultation, yet extremely hard to locate after you have paid them. Even worse is when they are "put out" but you contacting them. This was not the case with Kerstan, in fact I don't have the time to leave negative reviews. Yet when someone is as helpful as Kerstan I am elated to let others know. We don't always get what we want in life, so I can not say that she was able to get my fees dissolved, I mean we are talking about the Government here! However she was able to provide me with all of the needed information and proper advice on the correct actions to take. She never belittled me or made me feel as if I was "putting her out" Interestingly enough after consulting with Attorney Hubbs I went back to her website and looked at her about page. I saw her "statement of vales" paragraph which says that her most important value is "the golden rule" I almost came to tears as she literally embodies this philosophy to the T. I hope that this review was helpful and I hope when you find it you are not in a world of hurt. If you are then you are in great hands, if you are not then you are still in great hands just sitting in a better position... (legally speaking)
