Replied last October 16, 2018Litigation is an expensive, complex and risky undertaking, often consuming hundreds of billable hours, and taking years to complete. Because of this, it is the practice of this firm to keep clients fully informed and involve them in the decision making process at every stage. No decision is made without client input or involvement. To help manage the risk that comes with going to trail, it is this firm's policy to encourage clients to first pursue settlement options. It is often the best way for a client to ensure a positive outcome, even if the monetary award is not as large as they dreamed of, or believed they deserved. When the client makes the final decision to go to trail, everything possible is done to ensure success. Despite the best efforts of all involved the unexpected can and does occur.
