Joshua M. Santeramo

Joshua Santeramo is Bay Law’s personal injury attorney, bringing over ten years of experience in personal injury claims handling and insurance defense litigation to the table. When a particular claim cannot be settled for the appropriate value or is improperly denied by the insurance company, Joshua will step in to take the fight to the courtroom to push for the outcome that you deserve.

As a former insurance defense lawyer, Joshua served as an outside counsel for several recognizable insurance companies, handling auto accidents and bad faith litigation cases. During this time, Joshua dedicated 100% of his practice to being inside a courtroom, learning the tools of the trade for defeating personal injury claims. After four years of defense work, Joshua transitioned into personal injury work and began serving the needs of injured individuals in our community. Now as a personal injury attorney, Joshua uses his experience and knowledge from working in the defense industry to benefit his clients and obtain fair compensation.

Admitted to practice in both Nevada and California, Joshua brings experience and passion to Bay Law’s growing personal injury practice. Outside of work, Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs.
