Franklin James Katschke

I observed mr katschke conspire and execute a scam to convict a old mentally challenged man. I gave him testimony before the trial that the man was mentally challenged. He waited till after conviction and sentencing to bring it up to the court only to have the judge say too late. He manipulated evide...nce during trial and left out photos that pointed to more story than was brought up at trial. Mr judd the defendant asked him from the stand where the other pictures were at. Mr katschke moved on quickly and ignored him only getting the not so law savvy defendant to incriminate himself. He then let the witness a known fraudster testify of a grundfos well pump that he said under oath was worth 5 or six thousand dollars. I provided the court with a receipt proving I bought the grundfos pump and it was only half that exaggerated price. The witness also testified that he didn’t owe the defendant anything for his 1 year of work. And that he never wanted mr. Judd to paint the truck. I was on the phone with him when the sheriffs came to get the truck. The sheriff himself asked mr judd while I was on the phone with him where the paint was at that mr Scott Reber bought and provided him. Like I said I could write a book on his sell out of humanity
