Great Advice on Complex Legal Challenge

Mr. Dixon is a great colleague to have in the legal profession. I had been doting around the case law to best determine how to make a complex challenge to a local agency in Federal Court, and discovered Mr. Dixon had a history of successfully challenging unconstitutional restrictions on attorney visi...ts to clients in pretrial custody. I called Mr. Dixon and was able to speak with him the same day, and his staff was very calm and professional. Mr. Dixon helped bend my learning curve so that I was able to raise a constitutional challenge for my clients through the federal system much faster and timelier than I would have otherwise and saved me hours of research. I look forward to crediting him with my clients’ rights being returned without unconstitutional limits imposed by a local government agency.

Reciprocal - Suspension issued in CO, 2019

updated on 06/17/2019

This means that the attorney's misconduct in another state, or jurisdiction, also violated the rules for practicing law in Colorado.

updated on 02/20/2019

Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
