I felt like Tye took on too many cases and he never really had time for mine. When we showed up to settle, I had barely spoken to him in person. I asked him if he had brought any ideas and he said "No, the one's you have should be good." He ended up giving away a bunch of my military retirement which I later found out should have never happened. It's been over 15 years since he represented me and I'm still paying for his mistakes. I will pay my ex for the rest of my life and every time I send here a check I will think of how bad Tye Harmon is as an attorney. I have heard that the worst attorneys end up in Personal Defense. Three guesses as to what Mr. Harmon does these days?

He had no time for me

After receiving Casey’s review, I wanted to research the matter and requested his entire 2002 divorce pleadings from the District Court, as it has been 18 years since I represented him. Upon review of the entire file and as I expected, Casey’s comments are simply untrue. As I strive to do with all clients, Casey was provided with extremely prompt and professional representation from myself and my staff. In fact, and even though Casey lived out of state, we were able to communicate on a frequent basis and came to a 16 page all inclusive, mutual and voluntary settlement of the entire divorce, including the proper division of military retirement as required by New Mexico law within 10 days of being hired. Although I fully understand the divorce process is a very difficult and trying time for those involved, I truly wish Casey would have reached out to my office in 2002 with any complaints concerning my representation of him. Despite Casey’s review coming approximately 18 years after my representation, I would encourage Casey to contact my office to have further discussions regarding his concerns.
