Serving the Mid-Atlantic and Southwest Regions of U.S. Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Texas.
Gwendolyn was the founding director and in-house legal counsel of The Land Conservancy for Southern Chester County (TLC). Her experiences at TLC working with landowners, municipalities, county and state open space departments, public policy advocates, citizen groups, and conservation and natural resource organizations prompted her to form Advocacy Matters, LLC. Lacy concentrates her practice on important quality of life issues, such as, advocacy, natural resource and land conservation, infrastructure stressors, historic preservation, conservation easement violations and non-profit consulting. Gwendolyn knows first-hand that the land and the people who inhabit our ever-growing subrural communities need an experienced representative to advocate for their interests at every level of the process.
