Marc was beyond exceptional from beginning to end. He gave me a fair price up front, and worked with me on payments. (Other lawyers were quoting me double the price.) I was facing some serious drug trafficking charges after my house was raided by police. The police had a pretty solid case against me,... or so I thought. Marc found suppression issues with the warrant and so on. We did not go to trial which I wanted to avoid at all costs. I spent one night in jail when I turned myself in. The judge even agreed to dismiss from my record. In the end Im serving 18 months probation, some community service, and a small fine for possession of controlled substance. Marc was very upfront with me from he beginning, gave me all my options, and led in me in the right direction throughout. Worth every penny.

Part of my career involves going and sitting in court hearings and for the past 9 years, I have had the chance to see plenty of defense attorneys and prosecutors in “Action in the court room”. As part of my job at times I am required to testify on behalf of the District Attorney’s office, I have tes...tified on over 100 cases since my career begin, but I had never had the pleasure (using this word lightly) of being cross examined by Defense Attorney Marc Grano, other defense attorneys Yes, but not by Marc Grano. When the cross examination was completed, I walked out of the court room and was “Angry”, I was thinking to myself “how could he put me on the spot like that”, “how could one attorney be so knowledgeable and so good at cross examination that he could stump me at Children’s Court” (me thinking I had everything in order and all the knowledge I needed to answer any questions that were thrown at me by defense)?
