Marc took my case after a long custody battle. He agreed to represent me the day before my court date and treated me like a person and not like "another client". Marc is very knowledgeable at what he does and gave me the proper advice to move forward with my divorce. Part of my career involves going and sitting in court hearings and for the past 9 years, I have had the chance to see plenty of defense attorneys and prosecutors in “Action in the court room”. As part of my job at times I am required to testify on behalf of the District Attorney’s office, I have tes...tified on over 100 cases since my career begin, but I had never had the pleasure (using this word lightly) of being cross examined by Defense Attorney Marc Grano, other defense attorneys Yes, but not by Marc Grano. When the cross examination was completed, I walked out of the court room and was “Angry”, I was thinking to myself “how could he put me on the spot like that”, “how could one attorney be so knowledgeable and so good at cross examination that he could stump me at Children’s Court” (me thinking I had everything in order and all the knowledge I needed to answer any questions that were thrown at me by defense)? So when I finally stopped being angry about Mr. Marc Grano out doing himself in the court room, I said to myself “If I ever find myself needing an attorney, he will be the one I go to”. Well, low and behold last August, I found myself needing fast and aggressive legal representation and I found myself at the door step of Silva and Grano Law Firm. I specifically asked for Mr. Grano, because of course “I have seen him in action in the court room and have experienced a very rigorous cross examination in the past”. Mr.Grano was quick to hear my situation and my needs. The situation I was in was very serious and could end my career and I strongly felt that I had done nothing wrong and that I did not break the law.
