Great help with landlord dispute
Sid was very helpful with my dispute with my former landlord over the return of my security deposit. He listened to my problem and what I hoped to accomplish, gave helpful advice, respectfully considered my suggestions, and composed and sent a letter that got the landlord to return my deposit without need for further action (which was my ideal outcome).

I experienced some issues with a New Mexico based entity that placed a number of unsolicited text messages to my cellphone. Sid helped me to recover damages that were owed to me under federal laws and New Mexico laws. He has a very friendly and soft voice. He was very easy to work with. I would highly reccomend. Excellent Probate Attorney
Sid Childress is an excellent attorney. He works with a very professional manner but discusses things with clients in clear understandable terms using common language. He is very easy to work with, follows through, and strives hard to achieve the desired end results. His calm, focused demeanor is not easily rattled by the opposition. He initiates and rebuts strong, effective arguments and case points. He is very honest, and his reasonable fees are well earned.

Bam! Sid produced results quick!
I called Sid about a personal background issue. He responded right away and after reviewing the documents I sent him and one phone call, he produced a concise letter to the party I was having a serious issue with. Thirteen days later, because of that letter, my issue was concluded. This could not have gone any better. Sid is my 'go to' attorney for anything that comes up in the future. Thank you Sid!

very happy with the results I received
I had a difficult problem I needed help with. I talked to quite a few attorneys about it and am so glad I finally found Sid. He understood the issues right away and was able to find practical ways to help me solve the problem with a minimum of trouble. Sid is a straight shooter. He knows his way around the courthouse and won't steer you wrong.
