Charles Purdy is extremely professional and he had the tenacity to to pursue my case when I would have given up. You can rest assured that he has your best interests at heart. His staff is also very competent and compassionate which made my experience extremely positive. I would definitely use Charles Purdy again in the future should the occasion arise.

My experience with Attorney Charles (Chuck) Purdy was one that initially I was not looking forward to due to my overall fear and anxiety about anything having to do with law or authority. I am so grateful to Chuck that most of that was alleviated from the get go due to his powerful yet easy-going nature. After an automobile accident and the related injuries and damages, I felt very disoriented. Chuck was very helpful in directing me towards the many steps involved in my recovery as well as making the "language of law," and all it's permutations understandable to me, the lay person, so that I could execute my part in the process of potential litigation with relative ease and intelligence. In my case, his expertise helped to avoid the costly, lengthy and stressful road to litigation. He was very capable of following through on all that was required of him as my lawyer. Chuck was a very good listener, and patient as we dealt with a variety of opposing obstacles along the way. With my case now settled within a year and 6 months, I am satisfied, relieved and very grateful to Chuck for his unwavering guidance, meticulous documentation, patience and caring.

I have known Chuck for 20 years. For many of those years we shared an office as attorneys in Santa Fe. I know him to be honest, thorough and extremely hard-working. He is not afraid to go to trial and fights hard for his clients. I hired him to represent me on a sensitive, wrongful death case, and Chuck handled every aspect of the case with integrity, kindness (towards me) and high professionalism. Should the need arise I would not hesitate to hire Chuck again.
