An absolute joke of an attorney. Tom Clark certainly has the professional standards of someone straight from the deep South. In fact, this one's bad behavior has serious range. From an uncomfortable lack of basic communication between law office and client to consistently relaying inaccurate court... and interview dates to failure in turning over key case materials in a timely manner, to a non-existent understanding of common courtesy, etc., this disaster of a CA should be genuinely examined for numerous ethical violations or, at least, strongly encouraged to consider early retirement. If a client hires this attorney, Clark will happily take their money- and then some- without giving back at even the elementary level. This same client will probably then be forced to find another attorney down the line or deal with the consequences of staying with this one. I cannot stress enough the advice of choosing a better representative. You will most likely regret it, otherwise.
