Joseph M. Dworak

Prior to joining Spencer Fane, I gained extensive experience from over a decade of public service in state and federal government, the majority of which was in leadership roles at the Office of the New Mexico Attorney General. My practice reflects my broad interest in regulatory affairs, administrative law, and policy. I also have a general litigation and appellate practice and have represented clients in state and federal courts. 

I currently advise individuals, organizations, and governments in litigation and dispute resolution, regulatory law and professional licensing, health law, environmental and energy law, and federal, state, and local government affairs.

Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and work on matters throughout the country as part of Spencer Fane's national footprint and network of over 700 attorneys across 31 offices.
