David R. Foster

Not only is David Foster unprofessional but his staff is as well. Their website is a joke, their fax machine is not hooked up so you can't get a fax to them, they refuse to allow you to send them an email unless you give them your name. I had to call the courts just to get his email address. If you... don't have a gmail account, anything that you do send gets rejected. When I tried to get his email, again with the drilling of my name. I was only trying to get a document to this guy required by the courts. His secretary had me on speaker, asked me my name, refused to give me the law firm email address, hung up on me, when I tried to call back, it went to voice mail, I tried again and again the voice mail. How immature and unprofessional. If I got treated this way just trying to send him a document, how worse a client? This guy is in it for the money. There are too many attorneys out there. Keep looking. This guy and his staff are hideous. I can see why he's only got a 3 star rating. An attorney should have a 5 star rating. Don't take anything less.
