Hit by a drunk driver

Aaron gave me exactly the legal advice I needed after being hit from behind by a drunk driver. I was injured, my car was totaled, the perp ran from the scene, and was indited on 5 felony counts. I am a senior citizen and having the kindness and understanding from a legal adviser is very important t...o me. Aaron did it all. He gave me accurate advice up front and answered all questions without hesitation. Because of his work, the claim allowed me to buy a house and live well. Aaron is the lawyer I will go to if I ever need legal advice again.

Amazing Lawyer

Aaron Boland is an amazing lawyer. I was confused and did not know what to do, and he helped me understand every aspect of my case and helped me understand my rights. Gracias Aaron Boland.

unmitigated disaster

Aaron Boland was arrogant, disrespectful and totally unprepared. He had had three trials in the two weeks before my three day trial. Mr Boland did not cite law when arguing motions; he says he never objects to questions or responses which is absolutely unhelpful because he does not create a record.... IMHO not objecting is really malpractice. Also Boland did not get crucial exhibits into evidence—including both expert reports. He did not know that the objections to one of the expert report were not based on good grounds (question expert status, relevancy or standards used) but was based on prejudice to the other party but without stating any grounds. He did not quote Rule 26 or any case. He did not know or argue that the other side waited 36 days to file this motion to exclude the expert’s report; he did not point out that the other side was late in filing its reply…In fact Aaron seemed to be gunning for job with this law firm. Boland did not allow me to take notes or look at the defendant’s exhibits before the trial. He missed valuable opportunities to use their exhibits against them. Even though I gave him an outline of what exhibits needed to come in with what witness—he completely ignored that. However he wanted me to cull down the exhibits and was in danger of missing the deadline for the exhibits when he told me that he was “giving up his art class” on Th afternoon to get the exhibit book done. He was late filing conclusions of law and even later filing the findings of fact—so late it was useless. He apparently had no closing argument. “Well if a dog barking is a nuisance than surely flooding in a house is too” He waited forever to speak with my witnesses and waited until too late to subpoena in a city witness who was then on vacation…He is an unmitigated disaster.

Knowledgeable, common sense lawyer

Aaron was extremely helpful on two cases involving my son. He provided excellent advice and demonstrated an effective, relationship with the responsible DA, which let to positive outcomes. His fees were reasonable. Aaron was responsive and provided excellent perspective on the pros and cons of the... available options. I would highly recommend him.

Thank you Mr. Boland

I hired Mr. Boland for a sensitive criminal case arising from a domestic issue. He tenaciously defended the case and got it dismissed right before Christmas. Because of his understanding of the system and genuine caring for my family this difficult situation had a good outcome for us. Thank you Mr. ...Boland I would recommend you to anyone who finds themself in need of an attorney.
