I represent parents and children in state Abuse and Neglect proceedings. This is some of the most rewarding work I do.

I represent creditor's in foreclosure and replevin cases. I am licensed to practice in the State of New Mexico, in New Mexico Federal District Court, and in many of the tribes and pueblos in New Mexico.

I represent landlords in disputes with tenants. Sometimes and preferably these are settled out of court. However, we're not afraid to take these issues to court and pursue your rights.

I take on a lot of cases that don't fit into a specific area of law. They are generally civil cases that involve an interesting negotiation or putting together a unique deal.
