Kenneth H. Stalter founded 505 Legal, P.C. to prove that excellent legal help doesn't have to feel intimidating. A Harvard Law School graduate with a master's degree in cybersecurity, Kenneth spent a decade as a state government attorney before launching his own practice in 2018. He's seen the law from every angle—and he knows most people just want straight answers and a clear path forward.

At 505 Legal, Kenneth focuses on injury, insurance, and civil rights cases. He built the firm on a simple idea: New Mexicans deserve a modern hometown law firm that combines real expertise with genuine accessibility. No unnecessary complexity. No false promises. Just honest guidance from someone who actually cares about the outcome.

Kenneth lives in Albuquerque with his family. As a busy father of four young children, his time for hobbies is limited, but he enjoys reading, martial arts, and music.
