Extremely pleased with Esteban A. Aguilar Sr.

Mr. Aguilar has represented our family in two separate, unrelated matters. In both cases, he performed above and beyond our expectations. In the first case, my mother was involved in a car accident in which the insurance company was declining to provide legal counsel in a quadriplegic lawsuit that... exceeded the policy's limits. The insurance company wanted to contribute the policy limits and leave my family to deal with the excess! Mr. Aguilar represented my family and was able to bring the matter to a satisfactory resolution. He is compassionate and genuinely cares about his clients. In the second case, Mr. Aguilar represented me in a lawsuit in Federal District Court. Significant discovery was required and a mediator was appointed. Mr. Aguilar skillfully negotiated a settlement. He was unfailingly professional in very tense negotiations. His expertise in the law and damages was instrumental in getting the matter settled. Mr. Aguilar goes the extra mile, he prepares his cases with extreme detail, leaving as little as possible to chance. His files are thorough, well-documented and he writes well. Further, he is articulate and has a good sense of humor. Mr. Aguilar is not afraid to go to trial and that makes him a VERY effective negotiator. I would heartily recommend Esteban A. Aguilar Sr. as an attorney.
