wonderful and knowledgeable person to have on your side. Very informative and knows how to handle herself with both sides.

I have a nuanced issue concerning MERS, real-estate law and contract law that I wanted to investigate. She produced a paper containing much of the knowledge I had already obtained. I believe she thinks my request to investigate the issue was either a wasted effort or unethical because I am not in foreclosure. If I were in foreclosure, I believe she would have been more interested in pursuing the issues. I may just be projecting my beliefs. Our communication was cut-off by her abruptly, so I don't feel confident I know her reasons for discontinuing our communication. Either way, your mileage may vary.

Denise Archuleta had very short notice and very little time to handle my case. I was more extremely satisfied with her representation of me in ALL aspects of that representation.
