I Can' say enough positive thing about Sarah and her Staff.
Thank you Attorney Reinhardt and your AWESOME TEAM for all your hard work. My husband is now a Permanent Resident after 28 years in this country. I am truly sorry to see this comment, and I understand and share this person’s frustration. All immigration office & U.S. embassy must follow the same published federal rules and procedures which require that the visa applicant prove eligibility by presenting the required federal forms, documents & testimony under oath at interviews. Unfortunately, agency backlogs and delays, inaccessibility, and cumbersome procedures are beyond an attorney’s control and often lead to frustration. My staff and I are extremely dedicated and work very hard on all of our cases; our goal is to achieve favorable results in accordance with federal laws. When a case is denied the appeal process is never fast, but must be followed. In rare cases the only options are to sue immigration and ask a federal judge to determine whether the federal government was wrong, or to lobby Congress to change the legal barriers confronted.
