  1. Child custody
Child custody in New Mexico is one area where it can make all the difference in the world if you have an attorney involved in the case at the outset. Acting on the expertise I can give you on custody can be the difference in your case.

  3. Child support
Child support in New Mexico is a deceptive issue. It looks like it should be a simple computation of a few things like income, insurance costs, daycare costs, and extraordinary educational expenses, but it is far more complex than that.

  4. General practice
I can help you with deeds, debt collection, wills and trusts, contracts, and one of seen a lot of lately is the Real ID requirements. If I can't help you, I will let you know and try to steer you in the right direction if possible.

Helping people restart their lives after a mistake is one of the most satisfying areas of law I practice. People can feel hopeless when things in their life go poorly and bankruptcy is there to give you a chance at restarting your life.

I am a second-generation lawyer from Madison, WI, who moved to Albuquerque in 1999.  Watching my dad as a lawyer growing up fashioned my own practice and approach to people.  A good lawyer needs to listen to their client to find out what is important and ferrout out important facts that will help your case.   lWhile I handle your family law case, I will present you with options, the likely outcomes, and my own advice about how to proceed with your case.  By working together we can maximize the positive outcome in your family law case.

Many times, I know with your divorce I am handling one of the most important events of your life.  My care, concern and effort are focused on helping you achieve your goals in this fight.   To exceed your expectations is my unabashed goal.  If you are going through tough times and need help, I urge you to give my office a call.

Awesome attorney
Been working with Bill for over a year, he has done amazing on my case. He is a great guy all around. He jokes about football and makes you feel comfortable to ask any questions or call him anytime. He stays up to date with how things are going in the case. Great family law lawyer. Very knowledgeable and honest to his clients

Reliable, and cares.
I worked with Bill while I was trying to regain custody of my 13 year old and get her out of a bad situation with her father. Bill worked quickly so that i could gain temp custody, was knowledgeable, fair when writing up the parenting agreement and answered and answers any and all questions you have every step of the process. He keeps in communication and works hard for his clients.

Great attorney
He has handled my child custody case for several years now and has always done amazing work ensuring that my rights as a father are respected. He handles his cases in a no nonsense manner, explaining how the law in New Mexico works and what your options are. Over the years he has also helped myself and my family with a multitude of legal matters ranging from reviewing/writing contracts, bankruptcies, divorces and settling auto accidents. I highly recommend him.
