With over a decade of experience in the courtroom, our founding attorney brings deep knowledge, strategic skill, and relentless advocacy to every criminal defense case. Before establishing this firm, she spent 10 years as a prosecutor, giving her rare insight into how the state investigates, charges, and prosecutes criminal cases — and how to challenge them effectively. Born and raised in New Mexico, Ms. Walker has a deep understanding of the state’s unique challenges, diverse communities, and rich cultural heritage.

She has tried more than 75 jury trials, including complex and high-stakes cases involving homicide, sexual assault, shootings, DUIs, and offenses involving digital forensics. Her litigation experience spans hundreds of cases across New Mexico — from first-degree murder to misdemeanors — and she has earned a reputation as a fierce and respected advocate in courtrooms throughout the state.
