Carol Dominguez Shay

Ms. Shay’s practice focuses on all aspects of employment and labor law, and general litigation. Prior to working at the Conklin Law Firm, Ms. Shay was Corporate Counsel for PNM Resources, Inc. In that capacity, she represented PNM and related entities in employment and labor matters, employee benefits, immigration, workers’ compensation, and OSHA-related issues. Before working at PNM, Ms. Shay was in private practice at an employment and labor law management defense boutique firm. She has represented companies in state and federal court and before administrative agencies and arbitrators.
