He was/is my public defender. He is horrible. He doesn't even tell you possible defenses and repeatedly will try to force you to plead guilty and tell you that you have no defense and treat you like you're stupid and even call you stupid! His wife and daughter are his secretaries and there is 0 prof...essionalism in that home office. It seems like they want me in jail! Secure and private communications between attorney and client??? Whats that?!? Everyone has access to his email and I found that out when his wife accidentally emailed me talking bad about me to who she thought was my probation officer! I have done nothing but try to arrange a 3000+ mile, 4-5 day trip and hotels and they arent reasonable at all in Grants NM probation department. I live in Washington state and did my plea agreement VIA google meets, just like I have been attending court for the last 1 1/2 years. alw He doesn't do paperwork or give log in info for zoom court hearings always and when i was 10 min in to my court date and trying to call him for the log in info he told me that i had a warrant already and didnt give it to me still! If he would have gave it to me and I could have logged on I wouldnt have even got the warrant . STAY AWAY and if you get stuck with him, fire him right away!
